By creating an account or using StyloraAi (styloraai.space), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

StyloraAi provides AI-generated visualizations of interior spaces, exteriors, gardens, and other real estate imagery. Outputs are computer-generated interpretations, not architectural plans or engineering drawings. Do not rely on them for construction, permitting, or safety-critical decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Credits are consumed on each generation attempt. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Credits do not expire on active accounts but are non-transferable and non-cashable.

You may not use StyloraAi to generate imagery that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party intellectual property, depicts real individuals without consent, misrepresents property to buyers/tenants in violation of local law, or falls under any category prohibited by our AI providers' policies. Real estate professionals must disclose virtual staging where required.

You own the rights to renders generated from your uploaded images, subject to our AI provider's usage terms. On paid plans, commercial use is permitted. Free-tier renders may include a watermark and are for personal use only.

You retain ownership of your uploads. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit those images solely to operate the service. We do not use your uploads to train models.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Indian customers are billed in INR (via Razorpay); all other customers in USD (via Stripe). See our refund policy for cancellations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. On termination, unused credits are forfeited except where refundable under the refund policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
